2012 has packed its bags and its off. Wow - Its almost the end of March!!!
If you've been to our site previously you will have noticed that we have had a facelift. We've rebranded! We wanted our site to depict that success, learning, growth, change and all of those great and sometimes challenging things can be fun. We hope you like, and hope it puts a smile on your dial - even if only for a minute!
To update you - 2012 is seriously keeping us busy. If what we're currently experiencing is any indication of how things are out there my guess is that its busy. Well actually, we can take the 'guess work' out of it! We know it is! There are significant changes occurring in the market and now perhaps more than ever there's even more need for flexibilty, new learning, attitudes and understanding. 'Busy' comes with its needs and must haves!
While training is an essential in organisations and individual we've learned that Coaching has taken the 2012 business world by storm and the demand for Manager Coach Training, has sky rocketed. Coaching actually became the tool of choice about 18 months ago but has very recently become the tool of necessity. And, about time I say!
So thats at little insight into whats been keeping us busy thus far.
